I love baking and creating fun things to eat. Plus being gluten and dairy free I try to create and recreate recipes that fit my needs. I love paleo recipes and this is an adapted one that I really like. It is great with butter and honey!
One of the best things about the cold is creating fun and delicious soup to warm you up while watching the snow fall. I made this soup a while ago and I love the flavors. It reminds me of Hawaiian pizza.

So recently I took a food allergy test and learned I have a moderate intolerance to cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup…not to mention pork, strawberries and other fun things to eat. I absolutely LOVE this recipe book! I keep telling everyone I know about this book. The author has so many awesome cake recipes and not just layered cakes but cakes for breakfast and cupcakes. They have great instructions on how to make the cakes dairy free. I did not know you could make dairy free buttermilk…but you can!
